In Karachi, the Large Taxpayers Office (LTO) has achieved a brilliant improvement by gaining Rs 1,396,189 million of the complete taxes from July 2021 to May 2022, an increase of over 41 percent since the previous year.
An overall budget objective of Rs. 1,279,205 (M) for the period July 2021 to May 2022, has been decided by the Federal Government LTO Karachi against which LTO Karachi is to gain Rs. 1,396,189 (M), which is Rs. 116,984 (M) more than the given target.
The financial target of Rs. 125,000 (M) in May 2022, was being increased by the Large Taxpayers Office, Karachi (Federal Board of Revenue) and receiving a huge amount of Rs. 130,135 (M) (all taxes) in opposition to the government’s aim.
