A Pakistani expat working in Dubai went viral on social media platforms for his act of kindness, and recently he got a phone call from Dubai’s Crown Prince who thanked him for his selfless action.
According to details, #AbdulGhafoor, a Pakistani national working as a delivery rider for Food Hero-owned Talabat in Dubai, was going about his routine work around two weeks ago when he saw two heavy concrete blocks in the middle of a busy road in Dubai’s Al-Quoz neighborhood.
Abdul Ghafoor immediately parked his bike on the side of the road and proceeded to remove the blocks from the busy intersection. Another citizen filmed Abdul Ghafoor from his car as Abdul Ghafoor waited for the cars and trucks to pass to remove the blocks.
