From the first investigations, the causes of the child’s death, which took place in the hospital,
were accidental, An eight-month-old child died after being transported by helicopter rescue
to the pediatric ward of the “Papa Giovanni XXIII” hospital in Bergamo. He had inadvertently
ingested water during the bath. The family tragedy occurred in a house in via Costantino Baroni
in Milan, in the Gratosoglio area, on the southern outskirts of the city. The episode happened in
the afternoon.
